As a former elementary school media specialist, I wish I had had it in my library to read and recommend to my students. But there is a useful glossary and an index that allow the reader to find the precise information he or she needs. Lars Walker has accomplished this and is one of my favorite fiction writers because of it. The read-a-long track has no background noise other than a few quail calls, but there is a basic tone to indicate the proper time to turn pages. They have conducted workshops on the spoken blessing throughout North America, Europe, India, and the Middle East.
